Bringing awareness into ACTION ~ Celeste's story Pt 6
Ah how life had changed in recent times.
Celeste mused over it all as she looked up to all the Heart Book pages stuck up on her wall above her laptop.
It wasn't one, radical, huge, earth shattering breakthrough but instead a steady, sustaining and deeply fulfilling shift
A gentle unfolding, an expansion into more and more joy and ease as the days progressed,
as each new experience with this mysterious Heart Book unfolded.
This book has drawn out her wisdom she didn't know she had within her,
It has given her more joy in the day
It has introduced her to so many new concepts,
but in a way that flowed through and out of her so it was hers, in a way that was true for her
It has brought her family closer together
It has strengthened their bonds and understanding of each other
It has helped her create a support network that nourished her and it has helped her create a safe and nurturing sisterhood that she treasured.
-all from just a smattering of pages.
It was all magical.
But you know what? - Celeste wanted more!
If just a few scattered pages from this book and been this inspiring, she knew she had to get the book -
the Heart Book.
But where did one buy it?
Without pausing Celeste pulled her laptop over to her and shot off an email - she knew someone who would know.
As she waited for a reply she scrolled through her Facebook newsfeed.
One image caught her eye. It was a graphic with the title
For this week I will....
underneath it was a list of parenting and homemaking advice,
some of it was kinda of inspiring but what excited her was the idea it gave her.
She felt that now familiar whisper of Inner Truth, of her own Inner wisdom flowing through her.

Excited Celeste jumped up and started rummaging through the art and craft cupboard.
The children saw what she was doing and came over wanting to join in - a project!!
Celeste got out paper, colourful crayons, a selection of glitter and stickers,
the kids added a few more bits and pieces to the materials pile - Tilly was adamant her poster needed to include stuck on pom poms.
And together they made their own reminder posters to support them all in living their own Inner Truth this week.
As Celeste created, she glanced up at all the stuck up pages from the Heart Book that she'd already done and wove them all into her one beautiful poster.
When everyone was finished they stuck them all up in various places around the house. Celeste stuck hers on the fridge door.
All of her own Inner wisdom in one simple page.
A place to go to for an answer to anything!
Parenting dilemmas, a need for Self-Care, a desire to show her children love and fill their cups, the ways she was getting support through sisterhood this week. -It was all there in a simple poster- and it all came from her.
it was all her truth!
and It was perfect!
