Next time you see another mother and decide that she is in someway 'better' than you (more patient, more creative, more gentle, more conscious, more playful, more calm, more hands on, more balanced, more together, more productive, more cooperative, more natural, more courageous etc etc etc)...

Take that label you had decided fits her (but not you)- and practice claiming it back!!

It is yours!!! It is yours to claim and step more into NOW!!!
It doesn't mean you can't also call her that, but stop disowning parts of your awesome mama self. Stop pushing your light away and projecting it onto others.

The more you claim the fullness of your light, the more you fully express it.

You are a patient, creative, gentle, conscious, playful, calm, hands on, balanced, together, productive, cooperative, natural, courageous mother and practice saying it like its true...
because IT IS

and the more you claim it back, the more fully you live it and share it with your children.
