So where were we?...
Ah, yes Celeste has been shifting into a more personal and freeing experience of motherhood.
She is hearing her own Inner Truth more, rather than trying to adhere to everyone else's approach to parenting.
She still seeks out new ideas when she needs to and she still hangs out in mothers communities but now she runs all this information through her own inner filters.
She can let stuff go.
She feels so much more self-assured and her children are responding to this energy.
Since discovering In-the-Moment Self Care she's challenged herself to fit in as many moments of self care as she can think of.
Life feels so different, such small little changes that make such a big difference.
Her levels of joy and relaxation have skyrocketed and on a side note her children have watched curiously at first but are now joining in on her favorite little In-the-Moment Self Care practices
This morning Tilly asked to go to the local park at the end of the street and all run around barefoot on the grass, Andrew suggested bringing along mum's favorite tea in a thermos.
She felt like she was bringing so much more of herself into her relationship with her children - it felt amazing!
She was on a high, but she didn't want to stop here! - she wanted to keep going,
What else in her experience of motherhood and family life had she been missing out on?
She wanted all the relationships in her family to strengthen and blossom.
She wanted everyone to feel loved and supported by each other in a real, tangible way.
She was adding little ideas from her own inner truth to the day but she wanted some new inspiration.
As she sat down from running barefoot on the grass and watched the children continue with their antics, she sipped her tea from her thermos.
From within her bag, her phone announced a new email had just been delivered.
Curious Celeste picked up her phone to see.
Subject: I thought you might like this right about now :)
Celeste was excited, it was another email with another attachment.
She opened it eagerly.
Dear Celeste,
I hope this email finds you well.
I was flipping through my Heart Book this morning, reflecting on all the amazing wisdom it has drawn out of me and changes it has brought to my life.
I found these pages and remembered what fun it was to do this together with my family. How it all brought us closer together and how the effects rippled out into the following months.
I think it will do the same for you
Much love

Celeste opened the attachment as the children gathered around her wondering what she was looking at.
'Shall we do it all together?' she asked them, "We can add more tonight when Daddy gets home"
So all together they sat under a tree, barefoot on the grass, sipping cups of tea and sharing what each of them felt
What brought each of them joy
What made each of them feel loved
What inspired and excited each of them
While Celeste scribbled it all onto some paper she found in her bag, she'd transpose it all on to the beautiful pages when she got home.
Everyone had things to add to their list, even Tilly - actually especially Tilly who was full of infectious enthusiasm and had everyone laughing.
As they packed up to go home the most incredible thing happened.
Such a small moment but it brought tears to Celestes eyes.
Andrew ran over to the side of gully where a small patch of wildflowers were growing and picked 3 pink blooms.
He handed one to Gillian (much to her surprise)
"You said you liked flowers right?"
Gillian beamed and took the flower.
Then he handed one to Tilly and one to Celeste - Just because :)
The tides were turning.
Much love
Lisa and Kaya

P.S Do you ever wish it was easier, or not quite so 'all on you' to get everything done in the week that you need to get done?
Have you heard the phrase "It takes a village to raise a child" but thought you don't actually live in a village?
Have you ever wished you did?
- Stay tuned because Celeste is about to go out and create what she needs for herself (and of course you will be too :))
P.P.S Don't forget to go grab your copy of the book pages for today.
Lets love up your family too!
