AN INVITATION FOR MOTHERS TO KNOW YOUR OWN TRUTH.
Mother’s are bombarded with information constantly,
everyone has an opinion on how to raise children
from the “experts”, to your family, to other mothers
even strangers in the street.

It’s easy to get overwhelmed.
To worry whether you're doing it right?
To worry that you're screwing up your children
To get confused on what is the 'right' thing to do.

WHAT IF INSTEAD OF SOMEONE TELLING YOU WHAT DO
THEY ASKED YOU QUESTIONS TO GUIDE YOU BACK TO YOUR OWN TRUTH?

Deep within each woman is YOUR truth.

The truth that is right for your family-
for you and for your child.

Inside each woman IS the mother you most want to be
and if you listen you WILL hear her.

The skill is in learning to hear your inner truth,
to recognise it, and to tune in to it.

This is your compass and your map.

This is one of the most important skills a mother can cultivate

To hear, recognise and trust your own Deep Truth.

We support mothers in this over and over in every conversation we have.

One powerful way to hear your truth is to speak it out loud.
Truth has a vibration, a resonance that is recognised.

Speaking it is one of the easiest way to recognise it -
it’s very different to thinking it in your head.

Another really powerful tool for discerning your own truth is learning to feel the “YES” and the “NO” of your intuition in your body.
