Our ability to love in all areas of our lives expands as we become to motherhood. Our partners, our sisters, our community, the world.

AND yet - We are often lacking or struggling to create that same level of love towards self. It might be obvious and it might be so subtle but the way we treat ourselves, the way we talk to ourselves, the way we stand for ourselves - rarely matches what we give to our children on a daily basis.

BUT Self love - the cultivation of love from within towards self (recycling it within instead of every drop of it going out) is the key to joyous sustainability in motherhood.

It is the key to the growth or transformation you long for,
It is the key to the quality of the relationships you want to have with your children, your partner , the world around you.

The quality of love needs to flourish within to spill out of you into everyone you touch to be be truly profound, magical AND sustainable. You have access to a depth of love as a mother, many on the planet will never experience. You know this, when you look at your children in those moments of intense mother love. You have access to such an amazing gift - it is time to truly utilise that incredible gift to its fullest - for yourself (and then as a natural by-product, your children, your partner and the world around you).
