The final chapter ~ Celeste's story Pt 7
As the story of Celeste winds to an end we want to share with you one final entry.
Celeste got her own full copy of the Heart Book. She worked through it when and how it worked for her and it was fun, inspiring, empowering and deeply connecting.
It's over 140 colorful pages of journaling questions, processes, posters and activities that have gotten her so very clear on what she and her family wants and needs
and how to make it all happen.
There's been a journal in the book for every new question she's had. It's supporting her right through to putting all this clarity into action with a monthly Goddess calendar (that makes her feel just like a Goddess).
She's added regular connection rituals and dates to her calendar and she actually goes on them!!
She has her own deck of Intention Cards (created by her) from which she draws powerful single practices that she immerses herself in, one at a time, all year round. This is all anchoring her more and more to her Inner Truth everyday and it means she's experiencing Motherhood with the Joy and Connection that has always been her birthright.
She got several extra copies of her favorite posters and worksheets from the bonus members site that came with the book, They're stuck up at her new altar and in little corners of the house (she even has one in the potting shed :))
Her Heart Book has taken a place of pride on her bookshelf with several other parenting books moved out of the way to make space.
This is her personal book of motherhood, her own personal experience that she created to guide her through this year.
It is her Inner truth poured out on to the pages, woven into her calendar and anchored easily into her days, weeks and months.
Her days are so different now.
She feels expansive and joyful.
Her family is stronger and more connected.
She connects intimately with each of her children and also with Dave who is loving this Heart Book stuff.
She knows her personal boundaries and is empowered to own them.
She honors her personal rhythms and asks for the support she needs when she needs it... and she has ways to receive it!
Life just feels easier and more joy filled!
