There is a WORLD of difference between knowing that something’s a worthwhile thing to do and having a sense that it would serve you... and actually practicing it with presence, focus and a sense of importance
Your life is precious and this moment NOW is really all there is in it. It’s a big ol’ myth that you don’t have time to put these great ideas into practice now... that you’ll have time for the implementation some time in the future (that thinking keeps you stuck on a hamster wheel).
You are powerful and you can claim the space to practice and live the great things you know can serve you NOW.
Pause * RIGHT NOW *
and ask yourself-
What’s a nugget of truth you’ve heard lately and thought YES to but didn’t actually embody, practice and implement? (figuring you’ll get to it sometime in the future when you have more time and space)
And (really do this, bring your full presence to it, you are worth it) ask yourself-
How can I embody/live that wisdom RIGHT NOW in this moment?
And DO IT, make 
<3 sacred <3 this time and space you’re engaging with this wisdom
The more you actually LIVE the wisdom life continues to offer you, the more that wisdom becomes your way of life
